I was in my 40s when I started my running journey and had never exercised prior to this. In the 3 years I've been with Heart and Sole I've gone from a walker, to a run/walker and now a runner. Jo and Lee have supported me through 2half marathons, and recently my furthest distance to date, 22 miles. I have gone from a complete beginner to running on average 25k a week. Heart and Sole don't care if your slow, they are welcoming, supportive and fun. All abilities looked after and every single session has been an enjoyable one! Jo and Lee bring the perfect mix of support, motivation amd humour. I wouldn't train with any other group

I'm very unfit with low self esteem and just about gave up on trying to improve my fitness. Heart and sole dont judge and never make you feel like you are holding others up! They support you 100% no matter who or how fit you are or are not. Very caring and knowledgeable leaders that go that extra way to help you achieve your goals whether its walking up a hill or running a marathon! Highly reccomend them!

I started off as a walker and have come so far with the help of heart and sole . Wether you are wanting a Pt or a fun active group I would highly recommend these guys . Jo is so supportive and helps you every step of the way to what ever your goals and achievements are . Thank you heart and sole for helping me become the runner I’m wanting to achieve .
