  • I highly recommend Healthi for both group classes and sports therapy! Group classes - I have been attending group classes (Boxercise, Circuits, Bootcamp and Studio Fit) since Healthi opened in November 2019 and I absolutely love them! The small group sizes mean it's still really personal and as someone who previously hated exercise Luke is great at making you feel confident with the exercises! It's the first and only time I've ever sustained regular physical activity for this length of time!...

  • I have suffered from lower back pain for many months, struggling to straighten up after sitting and unable to lift things without pain. I was recommended to pay a visit to Healthi and see if sport therapist Holly could help me. She was very professional and friendly and outlined a course of treatment she could give me. I now have much more pain free movement and honestly feel like I have got my life back. I highly recommend Healthi!

  • I've recently been taking part in some of the classes that you have available. I've done the circuit training on a Wednesday and boxercise on the Friday. I have to say they have been great classes. Very well organised and extremely enjoyable, allowing me to push myself at times when my energy levels let me. I've also been impressed with the level of detail given to the care of the customers regarding the current pandemic. I feel very save inside. Highly recommended from my experiences.

  • I attend a range of classes at Healthi. as well as having sports therapy with Holly for a calf and back problem. The group classes are small so you can receive a truly personalised experience, where your technique can be checked by Luke and advice given on the best weights to use. Boxercise is great fun and whilst Studio Fit pushes you to really work hard. I also did the Hiit to Fit plan and felt huge benefits in terms of weight loss and strength building.
