Fantastic gym. Jason keeps changing the routine to keep it interesting and working and improving different muscles and every part of the body. Its hard work but rewarding and enjoyable and the benefits are obvious. I have lost 25 kg in the last 12 months and have twice as much muscle as I started with. Give it a go and see for yourself.

The 6 week challenge was one of my best decisions of 2018 so far. I’ve always loved fitness but I lost my confidence and the will power to try and get my body back. Health kick academy was the best answer, the classes were hard but always fun, I even happily got out of bed early mornings to make some of the 6.30am’s. I’d highly recommend taking on the challenge and if I could I would have joined as a member straight after. I’ll be back in the future! Thank you!

I've been a member of Fighting For Fitness Academy for just over 2 years and I can honestly say it's the BEST thing I've ever done! Since I've started, I've lost over 5 stone, toned up and become a new woman! The groups are a variety of ages and abilities but we are are all friendly and supportive. The trainers that we have are incredible and offer a service that is more than just a physical hit! They offer nutritional guidance and emotional and well being support whenever it is required! ...

I’ve lost weight and toned all the important bits since joining Fighting for Fitness. The classes and personal training sessions with Jason have given me the motivation and enthusiasm I desperately needed to start and stick with an exercise and healthy eating regime.
