I have made a booking on one of the courses which I need to make an alteration. I sent 3 emails so far, left 3 voice-messages and the managing director Ken Joy hasn't got back to me yet. Course date is fast approaching, I can't attend, and there's absolutely no one that can help me. Hope you don't need a refund.
