  • I very much enjoy my weekly Pilates sessions with Emily. She takes the time to discuss any health issues or niggles at the start of each lesson and then creates an interesting and varied routine for the lesson. I am new to Pilates with equipment and find it a really good workout. Emily is very knowledgable about muscles and explains each exercise so that you get the maximum benefit from it.   • I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Emily and although I had been to Pilates before, I have learnt more from Emily in 6 sessions than any of my previous classes. I think this is mostly due to her commitment, professionalism and love of her subject, which she imparts with such humour. Honestly, I’ll Emily’s teaching is the best endorphins boost for brain and body! She is truly an expert and I plan to continue attending her classes. Highly recommended!

  • Emily is an excellent instructor, so knowledgeable in everything Pilates. Classes are small so Emily is constantly checking each client to ensure they are performing movements correctly. I have really noticed the difference that Pilates, under Emily’s instruction, has made to my core strength and I no longer wake up with backache! She is enthusiastic, caring, patient, encouraging and good fun. I would wholeheartedly recommend her classes in her well equipped studio to anyone.
