Karen took time out of her Saturday morning to have a phone call with me to share some hugely helpful and informative tips and advice for my little puppy Bobby. Karen was fully booked which clearly shows what a fantastic in-demand trainer she is but still managed to fit me in for a phone call, for which I was hugely grateful. Using this knowledge she was able to give us a number of tips and techniques that have helped us.
