I was a classic ‘20 mins on the treadmill and 10 on the cross trainer’ kind of guy before I started working with Harry. Harry is an absolutely fantastic PT. I’ve been having sessions with him for a while now after a very long fitness break. The sessions are varied & tailored to my strength and fitness goals. Because I have an interest in CrossFit, he’s always bringing weird and wonderful WODS for me to have a go at during our sessions.
