The Harrogate PT studio is set in a beautiful, quiet location over looking some stunning scenary. The three trainers are all lovely, experienced, non-intimidating, professional and make you feel extremely welcome. You will be looked after by the ladies at Harrogate Personal Training. They have a nice mixture of clients and sometimes you can enjoy exercising with the whole place to yourself. Its a relaxed atmosphere and fun too.
