Happy Catz & Little Pawz Pet Hotel

I phoned sometime ago to enquire about booking in my little dog. I made a booking for one night only in advance of a long weekend and a week in July. I was told the price for boarding would be £24 per night. I phoned the day before to check and asked what time I could bring the dog and was told either in the morning or late afternoon. My 2 cats stayed here for 8 days. When I went to pick them up during 'opening hours' I had to wait 20-25 minutes in the cold for someone to turn up to help me. It was only when someone picking up their dog went for a walk around the grounds to look for someone that I eventually was seen to. There was no apology. Previous bookings on Facebook have been very responsive and my dog had a lovely stay there, the staff were fantastic with her, that was 3 years ago. Recent booking I've been left on hold for 2 days trying to get a slot. Every person had their dog booked in left, right and centred whilst they totally ignored me. We had a trip booked before getting our wee puppy and so had to find somewhere to take him for a couple of nights. I was so anxious about having to leave him, but the ladies were absolutely fabulous! Our wee one was thrilled and didn't want to leave after. Highly recommend and will be using again if needed

I have used this kennels for several years and had always been happy with the care and treatment my two dogs received. Last week when I collected them, one had kennel cough (fully vaccinated) and the other a fungal infection. I did contact them to inform them that I have had to take both to the vet to be treated.
