Jamie has been such an encouraging PT. He made getting back into shape seem a lot less daunting and shared a lot of knowledge to make it easier. I really enjoyed the sessions he gave me, they were all different which made it exciting. The app He provided was also great as it showed how to do everything in detail. Jamie was always just a phone call away whenever I needed any advice. Thank you Jamie you were the best!

Jamie is a great coach and makes the sessions fun and varied. No week is the same but there is enough continuity that I know what to expect and he's great a cheering us on when we're flagged and getting the best out of us. I'm definitely the least fit person in the class but have been made very welcome and haven't died of exhaustion yet 👌

I have been going to Jamie’s HiiT classes for a few months now. They are fab as you can work yourself as hard as you want. Jamie makes the workouts different every week. He encourages you, motivates you to push yourself and supports you. He has even offered support and advice in other areas of my training, he has gone above and beyond. Great workout, great group and great personal trainer!! 🏋🏼♀️

Jamie is a fantastic trainer! I had not found many PTs that took the time to listen and provide a comprehensive workout plan until Jamie came along. He has provided me with some memorable guidance and explained why it’s essential to keep a good posture and technique in all workouts. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone who needs to get back on track with fitness or just starting out. - Jamie caters for all levels and is great to work with.

Jamie is such a great PT. He’s understanding of the needs of his clients. I’ve been working with him for 2 months now and he’s made me feel stronger, and braver to push myself and my limits. So much so I’ve signed up for another 4 months. Yes it’s hard work. But I can honestly say as a person who hates the gym, I do really look forward to my sessions every week. If you want someone who tailors the workouts to your needs then Jamie is your guy!
