  • Hannah's Saturday morning yoga classes are always a great way to unwind and start the weekend relaxed! During the summer months on dry days these are held in the local park, which is great! I really enjoy Hannah's calm and fun style! She offers different options for poses to suit all levels of ability and variations if, like me, you are recovering from an injury. Having practiced yoga for over 10 years, with various teachers, I wholeheartedly recommend Hannah's yoga classes!

  • I love Hannah’s yoga classes. There is always a good energy in the room. Hannah is calm and gives out very clear and easy to follow instruction/guidance. Alternatives are offered to suit different levels of capability. The classes are never rushed. I leave feeling beautifully stretched out and balanced. Highly recommend.

  • I really enjoy the Surbiton class on a Wednesday lunchtime. It's just want I need in the middle of a busy working day and week. Hannah has such a lovely way of running the class. I come away feeling physically stretched but emotionally grounded and calm, if that's possible?!! Thank you Hannah. Your Yoga class is a highlight of my week.

  • Hannah is a wonderfully caring and insightful Yoga teacher. Her compassion is matched by her willingness to share and develop detailed 1-2-1 lesson planning of sessions that keeps things moving forward but with the focus on the students needs and goals. I would very much recommend her to anyone wanting to explore Yoga from the physical to the spiritual. I have gained much and am very grateful.
