Kids aged 9 and 10 love going to Alex’s classes. It’s really good fun and they’re learning something that they might really get into when they’re older.
Superb class, both my children 8 and 11 absolutely love it. The teacher is incredibly calm and an all round great teacher, can’t recommend highly enough for all kids who would like to learn some self defence skills in a skilled calm approach.
