Best shotokan academy in Hampshire. Excellent teaching methods, highly motivated and extremely knowledgeable sensei Daren Stirrat. Always teaching new technique, and delivers a great understanding of karate allowing students to understand why and what they are doing. Family oriented and very welcoming to all. Highly recommended.
