Fab gym. I work as a support worker and take a young man to the gym daily. Whilst he does his thing I am always offered a very friendly welcome and a cup of tea. Doesn’t matter who is on the desk they are all so friendly and offer to train the said young man. Can’t recommend this gym enough. You won’t feel out of place regardless of your ability :)

Tried few gyms over the years but found hammer strength by far the best,lots of help with diets,training etc,good friendly staff,felt right at home soon as I walked through the door,well stocked gym so iv never waited for a machine

I've trained at Hammer Strength for a few years now...Lots ov equipment for all your needs. The owners are very friendly and helpful which make it more personal rather than just been a number... 👍
