I’m so glad I made the decision to start training with Hannah! From the start she has been so supportive and encouraging, in just a few months I have made so much progress and learned so much about weight training after starting with no knowledge at all. I have also gained so much confidence in the gym and also in my personal self. Hannah is also very flexible and always has a time to suit me. I highly recommend!

Been training with Hannah for nearly 1 year now and I'v achieved more than ever before. By sticking to a realistic exercise and eating regime I have been able to make so much progress on not only watching the number on the scale go down but lifting heavier weights and overall feeling STRONG! I couldn't have done it without Hannah, my PT and friend 💪❤️ here's to the next year!
