  • Hal is an amazing personal trainer who really knows his stuff. He puts a lot of time and effort into your plans depending on your goals to ensure that they happen. Hal will regularly check in with you to make sure you’re happy with your plan and how things are going and will make any changes that you ask for.   • Hal has been doing family PT sessions with our family (age ranging from 17-70) for a couple of months. Everyone really enjoys it, Hal is very supportive, motivating and kind. He is everything you would want in a PT, he is helping us all work towards different goals, whilst strengthening the team work within the group. I never thought i would enjoy working out so much, but Hal makes it fun! Highly recommend this service, 5 stars.

  • Absolutely amazing personal trainer, great prices, really friendly and a hard worker :) Guarantee you will feel sore the morning after after a good workout with Hal. Being with Hal is very motivating not only while doing a session but also, when doing independent training in the gym. You will learn so much from the man and take new skills into your own training.
