They stepped up and really helped out. Spent a lot of money on two switchrooms. missing data on some of the datasheets led to a mistake. They actually opened an internal case and reviewed the issues, noticing how much hassle it had caused us and our subcontractors, and then offered to pay my corrective labour! Instead, I asked for them to send me some parts to make everything work properly and stay within job estimates. all done. Thanks Hager.
