Such a fabulous yoga teacher. Thoughtful, patient and fully engages on your journey. Thoroughly enjoying my new journey into yoga. Totally a beginner yet I am feeling so much stronger already. I needed to give myself some time for me, to look after my body and mind and this is it.. totally recommend haeyoga.
