We wanted some training that would allow us to build on the character of our ESS, and focus on some specific areas. The sessions with Dave proved just what we needed. He helped us understand the rationale for the behaviours and what we needed to work on, with exercises to practise on each week. We appreciated his honest and constructive critique, and what else we can do going forward.

I came to Dave with a very unruly 10month old golden retriever and in just 5 sessions the difference is unbelievable! I can enjoy walking him with a loose leash and his recall has come along leaps and bounds! A massive thank you to Gun dog boot camp for making this all happen! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Had a few puppy training sessions for our working cocker spaniel. Really impressed with the training, friendly coaches and in a few weeks we’ve seen big steps forward for our dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a basic understanding of Gundog training from previous dogs we’d had, but mainly Springers for beating. We contacted David, when we added a lab to our working repertoire and we had no idea about how to train a lab, or how to pick up. Our cocker really enjoys the sessions and we have got a lot out of it (having briefly considered rehoming). Very practical, low effort techniques which are easy to replicate at home and out in walks. Dave is a great dog (and owner!) trainer 🙂
