Terrible Signed up for accreditation and had signed up for the wrong thing immediately emailed them saying I had signed up for the wrong thing and have paid hundreds of pounds could I cancel this as I won't use the service ... didn't respond for a week after I had emailed them again and wont refund me. I decided to use the course as I have now wasted money on it to get the money back I have spent and you are paying for dated courses.. your students then have to pay £25 extra to do the cours...

Guild provides good quality level 2 qualifications for new and existing therapists. The theory part of the course is usually completed online and it is to a good standard, practice is completed at the centers which are run by various practitioners with various number of years of experience. I highly recommend that you check the center in which you are planing on qualifying prior signing up for the qualification. Overall I would recommend these courses to students.

BEWARE - My experience with The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd / GTI and their "training centre(s)" was awful and terribly unprofessional. They took my money with a quickness, provided shoddy training (incomplete) and when I requested a refund and for them to void their certificates they pulled all sorts of dubious stunts to avoid refunding me (including shirking responsibility off to their "training centre(s)" then coaxing their "training centre(s)" to respond in a questionable ...
