I'd been training with Gary for over a year. He moved me away from pounding the treadmill to lifting weights. He helped me with my compound movements to ensure my form was correct and also helped educate me with my nutrition. From this, I managed to change my lifestyle, my eating habits and my body shape changed massively. I shed over e stone and dropped from a large size 14 to a size 8/10.

I’ve been training with GRS fitness (Gary) for over a year now and the results have been amazing. I’ve made progress with strength, body tone and stamina. I’ve known Gary for almost 3 years now and I can highly recommend him. Gary helped tailor an achievable set of goals for a new diet and exercise regime, based on me as an individual and not the latest fad diet or spin class, he takes time to look as you specifically and set achievable targets which helped me lose weight and regain confidence in myself.
