A great local club, would highly recommend. They have a very flexible timetable and fee structure. Most importantly it’s a friendly, diverse and inclusive club - from all abilities and ages. I am a beginner and was totally welcome by Natalie and the rest of the team. I joined for self defence classes and love the ladies only class on Thursdays. Great place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - friendly and professional. Welcoming to beginners to full time Jits geeks, children and adults. It's a place where visitors are encouraged to come and roll if they find themselves in the area. Probably one of the best lineage in the UK for BJJ and Bicester's best kept secret.
