I travel from Solihull to use The Grooming Parlour, simpy because Emma is by far the best groomer I have ever used! We have 3 dogs but George, the youngest, is very anxious and can be aggresive, however, he is as good as gold with Emma. I have tried a number of local groomers but the last one told me I would need my dog sedated to clip him, but there is no problem at all here and all of the dogs love the experience. First time I had taken my Spaniel here and I am so pleased with the way they trimmed my her. She has joint problems and they treated her so gently that she came home happy and stress free. The hair cut was great and they made a superb job of her feet and claws. Definitely going back.

Our dog a Goldendoodle, Monty met Emma today at the Doodle Fest and she has changed our lives! She was offering free grooming advice. Monty’s coat isn’t curly like most Doodles, it’s wavy. He is 10 a months old and since we got him (we were advised) to trim him with clippers, every couple of weeks, especially in this heat. It was so hard.
