I have learnt so much in the time I have trained in this gym. I have been able to take so much enjoyment out of the sessions and to be trained by a motivating and supportive coach come from a class pedigree in the fitness industry. The workouts are intense and knowledge based, you’re supported by others in the gym training and Chris is vastly experienced in all areas of the health, fitness and sporting arenas.

As far as Personal Trainers go Newcastle Upon Tyne has one of the best at their finger tips. I first met Chris McClarence back in 2013 & from that first meeting you can feel the passion, dedication & explosive attitude Chris has to training. Having trained with Chris I can say my strength & conditioning along with my performance & power have increased to a new level & his Nutrition programme has helped me maintain a balanced diet for good health & wellbeing. Life changing experience training with head coach Chris Mcclarence and grind hard fitness. I've had an amazing year developing performance, power, strength, athleticism and skills that I never thought I would have. And also a solid body to be proud of.
