  • Great trainer Farah, good programs.

  • I have really enjoyed my first 8 weeks at Grid City Fitness. I have learnt so much about how to eat well, cook well and shop well. I have a knee injury but Afro and Farah made adaptations to workouts so I could still join in and focussed on strengthening my knee. I have loved working out in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Afro and Farah have been so supportive and encouraging throughout. With their help I also lost 11lbs, inches off my body, clothes fitting much better and am now well ...
