A members only club with a good atmosphere.

Have been going to this snooker Hall for 45 years .Must be happy with it .

The place itself is nice and the lady behind the counter was also very pleasant to talk to. My only gripe is that due to Covid the place now forces people to be members by paying the membership yearly (or monthly I don't honestly remember), which is very inconvenient since otherwise the place itself is quite nice

I disagreed with a decision by management over their snooker tournament. After I had finished playing, I tried to politely discuss it but was spoken to very rudely, being told "We don't care" and "If you don't like it then don't come back"

As a non member, myself and my cousin's visited at the place, we felt unwelcome the chap behind the bar called Nigel was shouting at us and help accommodate us because we weren't members, literally shouted at us and refused to serve us drinks and embarrassed us in front of other customers.
