We had never done any type of Water sports before taking some paddle boarding lessons with Tony. He was very patient with my daughter who was not confident in the water. By the end of the session she was standing up and enjoying it all. We have since bought our own boards and it's opened up a new world for us. Top bloke and don't be too proud to take a lesson, it will cut short lots of bad habbits that would have caused us to cut short our desire to paddle board.

Had a great session along with my sister and 2 teenagers last Thursday.Instruction was professional and we were all encouraged and guided throughout.The Lake was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it, even the falling in! Just do it!!

Great SUP beginner lesson. Our instructor was a great teacher and really patient with us as we learned the ropes. Soon we were all paddling with confidence. We still had a 2 hour session (even though we were late!) Which we were all grateful for as it really did make all the difference. Would definitely recommend for all ages .

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Tony for giving us a great first experience paddleboarding on the scenic Lake at bala. Hes an absolute gent and has a great sense of humour. He got us on the water in no time and gave us all the necessary skills to make us efficient on the water. We had a lovely experience learning to paddle board with Green Dragon adventures. 3 adults and 3 kids, after a couple of hours of excellent training each we were comfortable to go out and about, feeling safe and confident on the water. Trainer Tony Pain is a humble living legend, and a wonderful person too. Green Dragon also has a shop on the Bala high street just before across from the petrol garage.
