I took part in the 'Tricky Conversations' mini master class. This was originally meant to be a face to face group workshop but due to Covid-19, it had to be held online as a group video chat. This worked extremely well and we were even able to split off into sub-groups to carry out some of the exercises and then re-join the main chat again to share our thoughts. I took part in the 'Ninja Coaching' mini workshop and came away with some great tips and tactics for enhancing my coaching skills. The session was delivered online and was well paced, with plenty of opportunity for interaction and discussion.
