I have been under the care of GWH since November and last week I was in for a bowel procedure. I cannot fault the care I had on Meldon Ward from when I was admitted to discharge. The staff that cared for me were amazing and I have to acknowledge the care that Kirsty, Pippa and Ann gave me and the other ladies on the ward who had been in for some months. great service today for my 10 year old in Urgent care and ENT. Claire in Urgent care triage was absolutely lovely and so was the ENT specialist we saw. (can't remember her name but she was an amazing Scottish lady) called 111 at 8, got appointment at Urgent care for 9.30. seen and triaged in less than 30 minutes and referred to ENT immediately for emergency procedure . was home with medication by 1pm .... great job GWH ☺️ Thank you
