  • We started to bring our 4 year old son here after he was experiencing some form of bullying at school. He absolutely loves it, more than I thought he would! He gets so excited about coming to sessions after school and on a Saturday morning and he has even already spoke about going to competitions and winning the trophies, although he is a very long way off that just yet! Everyone is so helpful and great with the kids, so glad we decided to bring him along. Definitely recommend to others

  • I started training 2 months ago and have learned so much. The sessions are structured in a way that makes learning techniques easy and gives plenty of time to practice them. I bought the annual unlimited membership with the student discount and it is well worth it. It is exciting to see myself progressing every session and getting fitter at the same time. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  • Been training here for a few weeks now. Instructors are great, love the teaching format, several demonstrations, explanations of why things are performed the way they are. If you come along and don't understand something don't let that deter you from asking questions as we all learn in different ways. Everyone is friendly, and happy to help, real family style atmosphere. If you find this review helpful come find me and say hi 👋

Great timetable means there is a great mix of classes ( beginner, competition, no gi etc) and allows the flexibility to be able to attend multiple classes per week whatever hours I work . Highly recommended

Firstly I really like the ethos behind GB, it feels like everyone who trains there are part of the team and are super friendly. The instruction at GB Chelms has been great, all coaches and staff run through the techniques numerous times before you’re left to practice it yourself and if you’re a beginner the GB1 curriculum is a great foundation to start with. Thirdly Jez and Rob make the classes constructive but ...
