Gosforth Lawn Tennis Club

If you play at night the lights will need to be paid extra. £1 for 15 min. The down part is that they take time to turn on even after you've paid ( around 2-4 minutes), which means the time is still running while waiting for this. It's the same for when you want to top up for more time. They switch off partly and hardly turn back on.

This tennis club has a new coach in place offering coaching for all ages and abilities. It has 5 astro turf courts, three of which are floodlit.

Fantastic courts and lovley people. I only play as a guest when I come up from Leeds to visit my parents. Always made welcome and a good mix of standards.

This is a really nice friendly family club. My children have been going to lessons there for three years. The coaches Carlos and Andy are fantastic, they make the tennis fun and caters for all stages. There are matches for children of all stages. I'm going to start playing myself soon.

I play there very week, great Astro courts and great staff!!
