  • Gordon Hill is an amazing personal trainer, he has really helped me with my form in certain exercises along with streamlining my exercise so I utalise my time better in the gym. He is prompt and quick to respond to any questions you regarding workouts. 10/10 will gym again.

  • I worked with Gordon Hill in 2017 and 18 to achieve my core strength and fitness goals. It was enjoyable and tough at the same time using a personalised programme and locations to suit, including my local park. Gordon is a diligent and knowlegable coach who can observe and record progress to get the best out of each session. I would reccomend him highly to anyone who needs a focused and efficient approach to reaching their goals whilst at the same time learning new techniques.
