After being a gym member for 13 years, never changed what I did. Greg has motivated me to try new things and make me face my downfalls. I knew I was making mistakes but found it hard to make any positive changes. With Greg's professional advice I am trying to make small improvements. Love Greg's approach, he is so passionate about what he does. He makes you feel comfortable during his sessions. Would highly recommend to help make improvements in what you do.

Having lost 4.5 stone training with Greg and being the strongest I have ever been, I cannot praise his abilities as a Personal Trainer enough. Competent personal trainers are an absolute gem to come across within the fitness industry. With more experience in the industry, referrals to other fitness professionals is minimal as your skills and expertise improves, your expectations are higher. Competent is an understatement to describe Greg Mikolap, I cannot recommend him enough.

Greg's ability to read and understand scientifically based studies, focus in on the evidence that matters, discard the claims that don't matter and then interpret that to his clients is both amusing and interesting to observe. If you're looking for the most up to date, evidence based, no BS approach to any health and fitness goal, I would recommend his services.
