Golden Hill Sports Ground

Tony, Tom and Izzy hosted a gathering of our supporter’s Branch at the ground’s social club this week. The facilities were excellent with everything you require to host a meeting, party or social event including bar, a kitchen for food prep, parking for >40 cars, toilets (& changing rooms) and a stair chair-lift for the less mobile. My son was playing football at this location. It's a lovely open space with enough room for at least 5 pitches with enough space between so that each game can have a good degree of "privacy". The pitches could be a little better tended but the turf didn't cause too much hindrance to the play. It is well off the roads and hedged in by trees. There is a clubhouse and amenities and a private parking area.

Ok place. Visited it for a football match for my son and it was all ok the pitch was great for the kids and parking was alright. You had to be careful though as it isn't clearly marked
