My partner got me this course as a birthday present and I'm so glad she did! We had Leanne as our instructor, who was absolutely brilliant. She taught us everything we needed to know, and pushed us to our comfortable limit while keeping us safe. Emma and the team were super welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Talk about therapy through adventure... What and amazing course! This had everything; new learning, great community, being active, risk and much more. I was a little apprehensive when my friend recommended we have a go of this as I’d not tried my holding my breath and diving before, to say the least I was a little nervous.... Once in the water that all disappeared, Emma and the team were in complete control and at every stage I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt completely at ease. I’m looking...

I saw a lot of inspirational videos online and it looked like a fantastic fun sport so I thought I would give it a try. I completed my Masters course earlier this year. My 3rd course with Go Freediving. So I knew what to expect. I may be biased as a Go Freediving club member but, as always, the instruction is second to non. The instructors who have become my friends helped me achieve both my dynamic and depth targets without pressure and in absolute safety. I have now continued my freediving journey and have become an instructor at Go Freediving introducing the new people to the world of apnea. It is amazing...

I have always loved exploring the underwater world, but I felt limited in what I could do and wasn’t able to progress any further on my own. By doing this course I quickly realised that my “techniques” were all wrong and in a weekend I learnt to relax, to be comfortable at depths and even managed to reach 20m. The instructors were all very competent, patient and friendly. Overall it was a great weekend and I would highly recommend this course.
