  • I've really enjoyed Sarah's pregnancy pilates classes, post-natal buggy classes and also getting her support privately. She's super knowledgable about all things pregnancy and post-natal, and was a great support to helping me get exercising again safely post C-section.

  • I have been going to Sarah’s Pilates for menopause class which has really helped with the aches & pains. Sarah explains & demonstrates the movements & makes sure we are doing it properly. I really like the fact that a few repetitions done correctly rather than lots not done well is Sarah’s approach. It’s a fun friendly class!

The classes are well structured and focus training in the key muscles to be strengthened for birth but also post birth. It has really helped me in my deliveries and recovery. Sarah also makes sure classes are a friendly and social environment and it is great to meet everyone.
