  • I met Ben back in October 2017 at Unit 7 gym. I considered myself pretty active but not really achieving to much. Ben took me under his wing, showed me how to use the gym equipment effectively to start to get results. In March 2018 we stepped it up to a 12 week challenge with a dedicated programme and diet plan.   • Ben's worked with me through two programmes - a bulk and a cut and the results which he's been able to achieve on both have been awesome. Definitely a personal trainer for those who already have a few years gym training already under their belt. The diet and workout plans have been spot on and adjusted if progress is slowing down - plus in the gym he's got a keen eye for improving technique and pacing to get you the results you need.
