  • Absolutely fantastic class. Highly recommended to pregnant ladies and ladies who want a women's exercise class. I started at Rosie's class when I was around 16 weeks pregnant and attended until I was 38 weeks and started back again 6 weeks post giving birth. The classes are fun, friendly, safe and challenging. It is tailored at an individual level for each person, with Rosie adapting each exercise for people who need something different. Rosie is highly qualified and really knows her stuf...

  • I attended Women’s only class throughout the second half of pregnancy. Rosie is the warmest, friendliest, most supportive and knowledgeable instructor and created such a home from home environment. She is a qualified midwife and fitness instructor, which, when you’re pregnant makes you feel with so much confidence that she knows what is best for you and how you should be working out during your pregnancy.   • I absolutely loved attending the antenatal classes. The venue is lovely, and I liked the set up of the class each week which included a catch up on how our week has been, warm up, circuits and relaxation! I love that Rosie is also a midwife - leading by example keeping fit. You feel like you’re in safe hands. The classes are a great place to meet other mums as well.   • Started attending Glowing Mamma from around 16 weeks pregnant, kept me active whilst being surrounded by some lovely mummies and mummies to be. Rosie makes you feel so comfortable and I looked forward to each session, not just to exercise but also offload some of the stresses from my week. The relaxation at the end is also the best.
