The course was delivered in an informative and patient manner which made it easier to learn on my end. Excellent Couse. My instructor was kind, patient, and at all times I felt I was safe and in good hands. I had never been on a Forklift, and after 3 days had passed the test! I would recommend Gloucestershire Training, they are worth every penny.
