Useless…they are supposed to call you back within 3 working days. 6 working days and 3 phone calls later, I still haven’t received a call back from the mediation team and the admin person who answered the phone today was simply useless, he had no idea what to say, long silences at his end where an appropriate response should have been. This is a disgusting way to treat a SEN parent. What a pity this company has the contract for SEN mediation and I have no other options.

Terrible! Hard to contact and incompetent at best. Missed information and all my attendees where missed off, trying to contact them to correct this was impossible as no one will contact me back. Shockingly awful service!

Really poor. Got the guidance wrong and when I challenged it by email I had no response. I then phoned and left a message with an administrator and nobody got back to me. The process of mediation, appeal etc is hard enough without the added stress of nobody responding to requests.

Zonelle is very good, however the organisation's departments don't seem to link up. Not sure if this is due to poor communication or clunky software that doesnt link its workflows together

Very polite, professional, clear to understand, efficient and fast. So many calls relating to a sen child are stressful and this was a pleasure, thank you.
