Our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The chair lift takes 15 to reach the top and is very safe. The plateau cafe staff are so nice and have good food. The walks around the top are great. The cafe just before you get on the chairlift is so good staff are lovely. I want to mention the lady who was selling tickets for the chairlift who was so nice and gave us all information we needed to know. Great views. Highly recommended

Good snowboarding & fun for the family. But The staff in the cafe on the hill were rude to everyone because the Internet failed, they had food/hot drinks available but refused to take cash from the customers. I got a barrage of abuse because I looked at her, I didn't even say a word & she started shouting at me that "the cafe is closed, I've put a sign on the door"

Fantastic setting, great snow and customer service from your team. Panoramic cafe located around 700m from the chair lift leading up from the car park was walkable. Free sledges available for small and big kids.

Staff are absolutely lovely and the skiing (lifts, runs etc) is great but the resort is not very well run or adequately staffed - the queue to rent equipment takes hours even if you arrive well in advance (we arrived at 8.25 so were quite near the front of the queue and it took us 1hr 40), with no option to book online to speed things up. Cafe on the mountain is far too busy and then was shut after massive queues so it wasn't possible to get food or drink up the mountain, while the wait for f...

October school holiday trip was pretty quiet. The top cafe was closed but bottom restaurant open. Picnic benches and facilities all good. Fun on the chairlift but nice walk to the top as well as a good option.
