Lucy hosted a first aid course for me, my partner and a few of our NCT friends as we all have new babies. The course was informative and really helped having it with a small group as we could ask any questions we wanted. Lucy used life experiences of both home and at work to talk about real life situations and how to manage them. Highly recommend!

This is a great way to do your First Aid training. Lucy is thorough, straight-talking and fast. I have done her course twice now and her method does go in and stay in my brain (which is quite something these days, I find!). I did the Emergency First Aid at Work course and because you do the second part online, the videos you then watch reiterate what was covered during the training day so that by the time you do the online test, you really have absorbed the information. I would recommend her.
