Description

This intensive course will take you from crafter to qualified Craft Tutor in one 2-week immersive course. You will explore, develop and fine-tune your chosen craft specialism(s) with practical advanced skills workshops. There will be interactive sessions to develop your understanding of how people learn and have time to practice delivering sessions for yourself. At the end of the 2-week course you will have completed the syllabus for the Level 3 Award in Education & Training (through Qual Safe). You can either work on the assignments throughout the course to complete it within the 2 weeks or take more time after the course and submit them when you are ready. The academy is a unique way of ensuring your confidence in your chosen discipline as well as the teaching qualification. It's essentially an artist retreat and teaching qualification in one!

This qualification provides an introduction to teaching in the life-long learning sector. It is ideal for those already teaching with no formal qualifications or those looking to enter the post-16 education sector. This qualification is the benchmark qualification when starting to teach in adult education. Covering the principles of inclusive teaching and assessment, this is the ideal first step qualification to enhance your skills or change career. The QNUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is a replacement for the commonly titled qualification “Preparing to teach in the Lifelong learning sector” or “PTLLS”.

Why train with us? We've been teaching for over 20 years, and we know that the best way to pass is with one-to-one support. That's why our small groups ensure that you get the attention you need to succeed. We're all about interactive, meaningful lessons and avoiding death by PowerPoint! Not only that, but we offer a wide variety of subject specialisms so whatever subject you want to teach, we can help.

And as if all that wasn't enough, we also ensure value added. We're confident that with our help, you'll leave performing above the required level!

This qualification is available to those over 19 years.

If you would like to develop your skills further Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training will be available soon.
