The day before a big event I went into the store desperate for some help diagnosing some Di2 issues I was having on a bike I’d bought second hand. AMAZING SERVICE, they managed to fit me into an already busy schedule after seeing how desperate I was, diagnosed a fairly hairy issue that was going on and managed to get me going again in time for the event.

Very friendly branch. Both staff at front and the mechanic were very helpful when it came to advice and reassurance to know if the bike needed adjusting it'll be no problem. Would like to thank the team again for a brilliant purchase 👍

This is truly the best bike shop for a) advice b) customer service and orientation, and c) top quality engineering. So worth the 2 hour round trip to talk to guys (Matt, Jay & Graham) that really know what they’re talking about. I Visited the Loughton store last week with a problem on my own bike . I was greeted at the door by a young gentleman call MAT. I explained the issue , and within a matter off minutes he fix the issue for me at no cost. The next day I ended up going back in the store thinking off up grading my bike as matt had left such a good impression in my mind from the previous day. Fab new store, opened recently, but already having a fantastic impact on local cyclists. Personally I have already purchased one bike from this lovely store and I am sure it will be the first of many.
