I started with Josh in January to help build strength. Josh put me on a Powerlifting Programme which was designed to help me achieve my goals. He also supported me by correcting form on my main lifts: hitting depth on squat, correcting bench form, etc. Thank you Josh for all you have done.

I would recommend working with josh beacuse he can work with any kind person even people who have disability. As being visually unpaired i never thought i could trained until i started working with josh has motivated me to achieve my fitttness goals even at times i gave up josh didnt let me .

Fantastic PT! Helped me so much with confidence in going up in weights. Adapted exercises and ensured my form was spot on every time! Always had plenty of input and explanations as to why I was doing what I was doing. Very flexible with times due to my shift work. Always made sure everything I did was tailored to my goals and never saw another client doing the same programme as me. Absolutely loaded with knoezge surrounding food too. Josh is a quality personal trainer who is full of knowledge and wisdom. His techniques are awesome and he can also switch things up when they start to get repetitive and boring would highly recommend as I lost a stone in 1 month. So if your looking for someone to shake off that excess fat he's the man. Very kind and responsive to others feelings. always there for you not only as a personal trainer but as a mentor.
