Tim is a great personal trainer. He prepared an easy to follow work out plan that has helped me to ease into strength training as a beginner and I started seeing results in 8 weeks. Totally worth it.

Tim is a really good personal trainer. I worked with him to build some more muscle and increase my strength, both things which we worked on and I have seen improvements in. Tim is very personable and has a good balance of professionalism as well as being friendly, so a lot of times it felt like i was training with one of the ‘bros’. He is fair and depending on the situation would accommodate changes to scheduling. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

I trained with Tim on and off for 5 years before moving out of the area. His training was superb and got me into the best shape of my life. Tim was great at tailoring sessions to the level I was at, whilst pushing me to go the next level. He will mix things up before the sessions become repetitive. Tim is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgeable and informative. Tim taught me a lot during my time training with him and helped me to not only learn effective ways to weight train but he also helped me to grow in confidence. I had no idea what I was capable of before he showed me. Any questions I had, Tim answered both in the gym and via messaging. Tim was my personal trainer for 2 years, before I moved out of London and I really miss the sessions with him. My physical condition improved greatly during that time. Tim knew how to push me always a bit beyond what I thought I could do and be very careful at the same time not to cause any injuries or make me over-train. I can sincerely recommend him.
