I love Steph's boxercise class. They are varied, engaging, and strike a good balance between teaching correct boxing technique and having a good hour-long workout. Steph's very friendly, she remembers names, and I always come away from the sessions with that great feeling of muscle aches. Highly recommended.

Steph...I have enjoyed every minute of her training! Serious about her job,she respects her clients’ time and money and always make sure she gives you value. Steph’s bootcamp sessions are absolutely brilliant. Steph motivates you at every session to be the best you can be. Always on hand to correct form and give advice and her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. The virtual classes are just as engaging and effective. I’ve noticed so much improvement in my strength and fitness since starting training with Steph. Couldn’t recommend more highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Steph’s boot camp classes are really excellent! In a few short months I’ve seen dramatic improvements in my core strength, agility and flexibility. Her expert instruction ensures that I’m always doing the exercises properly and for maximum effect. Safety is always her top consideration and that gives me the confidence to push myself. I really appreciate Steph’s encouragement and positive mindset. Bootcamp is always a challenging and fun experience!

I have known Steph now for quite a few years yet she never ceases to keep our workouts fun and interesting. Steph is very dedicated and is always updating her knowledge on how to achieve the best results for her clients. She loves learning new skills and passing them on to her clients.
