I was an active and fit 50 year old when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2021. Having to surrender control to health professionals and give in to the physically tough side effects of the treatment (multiple surgeries, chemo, radiotherapy and hormone treatment) was and still is tough. I have been doing weekly 1:1 sessions with Sarah since around April 2022 to aid my recovery from breast cancer. I look forward to the sessions each week as they’re fun, tailored to my needs and challenging enough to push me but not so hard I can’t do them. The sessions are recorded and shared so you can repeat them, and Sarah herself has a wonderful encouraging style to help you progress. I come away each week with a satisfying sense of achievement and I really can’t recommend her enough.

I first 'found' Sarah on a menopause after cancer podcast. I have recently finished active treatment for breast cancer and was looking for an affordable fitness regimen/coach to help me regain strength and keep me motivated. I felt like Sarah understood my goals straight away. Her workouts are relaxed and varied. She includes adaptations to movements and exercises depending on ability and stage of recovery. Sarah is amazing at putting you at ease. She is very skilled at adapting exercises to all abilities. I have long standing mobility issues and she has always found ways to include me and my dodgy hip / knees. I sometimes start on the wrong leg and have balance issues but I've never felt unwelcome or unable to join in. I really appreciate Sarah's wonderful classes and feel as though they have had a positive impact on me during / post cancer treatment physically and mentally. Thank you :)

I did an 8 week course with Sarah 4 months after my surgery, and while I was I undergoing chemotherapy. I was very active before my surgery and wanted to get fit again and build strength, but was nervous about how to do so safely. Sarah’s 8 week course was brilliant, and it was absolutely perfect for me.
