  • I do a session with Sam twice a week to improve my overall tone and fitness level. He is great at working around any injuries (and dogs!) but also advises how to use exercise and stretching to aid recovery. He is always fun - even when telling you to push harder or faster! Haha and I like his approach to 6 week programmes with measurements at the end of each one to keep it fresh and motivate me by seeing the success.

I got in touch with Sam to see what he offered, I was very dubious at first as a lot of PTs I have seen in the gym are really brutal and I didn't want that.   • I have never had a personal trainer before so was unsure what to expect. Sam was great, putting me at ease with his enthusiasm for his vocation and sense of humour. His workouts are varied, fun and achievable. 18 months later I am still enjoying my fitness routines and am feeling good. Sam is a great motivator.
