Fun, well planned intense sessions that are different each time. Dave is super knowledgeable and clearly explains each exercise and what muscles are being worked etc.

Both Dave's personal training and bootcamp sessions are excellent. The group classes have a good mix of men and women and all ages too. I find the bootcamp the right side of challenging - intense, but not so hard that you give up! Dave ensures that weights are used safely and overall the atmosphere is motivating and fun.

Joined the BOOTCAMP classes just before Christmas and loving it. Varied excercises, great atmosphere, lovely people. Very down to earth, doesn’t feel intimidating like a high street gym. Everyone supports each other cheering them on!

Huge fan of twice weekly boot camps. (Didn’t think I’d say that the first time though!) But seriously, Dave is excellent, really knows his stuff, and I’ve lost 7kg and made 2 more holes in my belt in 3 months! And the group sessions are a real motivator.

Dave's Get Fit Be Strong sessions are brilliant. I have been attending his sessions for over two years. One of the best things is the variation in exercises, which means it never gets boring. Dave's enthusiasm for exercise is infectious, which is a real motivator. I would reccomend these sessions to people who want to get fit but need a guide on how to get there. He can advise you on your diet as well as exercise, which is great. Highly recommend these sessions.
